Quotes

The quote builder has three steps: provide information, review the proposal and view the quote. Work and prices always remain a deliberate check by the user.

In brief

  1. Choose From my information if a conversation, email or document is the basis. Choose Enter it myself for manual lines or products from the catalogue.
  2. With the first option, add text, audio or files. Then check every suggested line against the source.
  3. With Enter it myself, fill in the subject and the lines: description, quantity, unit, price excluding VAT and VAT percentage, or choose Price on request.
  4. Confirm every complete line with I checked this line and price. Also check travel costs, terms and the preview.
  5. View the final quote and only share or export it once the amounts, validity and recipient are correct.
