Apply to become a partner
Choose Individual or Business. Enter your personal or business name and agree to the partner terms. We request a Dutch Chamber of Commerce number only for business applications. Follow the review in your portal.
Share your personal link
Once approved, share your link with your network, newsletter, training audience or followers. Customers follow the normal signup process. Attribution happens in the background.
Earn commission
Once an attributed customer pays for a subscription, your commission is calculated. Monthly billing counts up to ten times; the first annual payment counts once.
Your recommendations deserve a clear overview.
Your partner portal shows what your introductions earn. You do not need to keep track of individual amounts or payment dates yourself.

You do not see customer names, email addresses or customer document contents. Commission overviews use an anonymous reference where needed.

Each commission stays pending for 60 days. It then becomes available for the monthly payout, provided the customer payment has not been reversed.
We pay out from €50 in available balance. A lower balance carries over to the next payout. Follow the status in your portal; a calculated amount is not yet a completed bank payment.

For customers already attributed to you under an earlier scheme, the recorded commission terms continue to apply.

You might be a consultant, trainer, industry partner or content creator. You know organisations that want to spend less time on reporting, proposals and follow-up, and can show them how Rapportly helps.
Individuals and businesses can join with the same standard commission. We do not request a Chamber of Commerce number for an individual application. For a business application, we request a valid Dutch Chamber of Commerce number. Enterprise, bespoke work and additional services require a separate commission agreement in advance.
Frequently asked questions
Does my customer need to enter or confirm anything?
No. Your customer uses your link and follows the same signup process as any other customer. There is no partner code to enter and no extra confirmation. To recognise a later visit, we only use storage if the visitor has consented.
Which partner earns the commission if someone uses multiple links?
The last valid partner link within the 90 days before signup counts, as far as that referral is still recognisable. The partner association is recorded at signup. A later partner link does not change it.
What if the customer returns later or on another device?
With consent for the required storage, the link can be recognised for up to 90 days. Without this storage, the referral can be carried within the same visit. We cannot always connect an anonymous visit on another device or after storage has been cleared. Once registered, the association is saved for the organisation.
What is the limit, and what happens if billing changes?
Total commission is capped at 2.5 times the normal monthly amount at the first payment, including the users in the subscription at that time and excluding VAT. This limit stays fixed. Commission already accrued counts towards it if the customer switches from monthly to annual billing. Annual renewals do not earn new commission.
What happens with cancellation, discounts or refunds?
You only earn on subscription charges actually paid after discounts, excluding VAT. If the customer stops paying, no new commission accrues. A refund adjusts the commission to reflect the refunded amount. This happens automatically when payment evidence is complete; unclear cases go through administrative review first. Previous payouts remain visible and corrections are recorded separately. You can follow its processing in the portal.
My introduction is missing. What can I do?
Contact us with the date and partner link you shared. We investigate the available registration records. We only correct an attribution when the referral can be demonstrated; we cannot reconstruct every missing referral afterwards.
Can I apply without a business?
Yes. Select Individual when applying and enter your own name. We do not request a Chamber of Commerce number for this individual application. Individuals and businesses follow the same standard commission and review process. The application form does not ask for a Dutch citizen service number (BSN). The tax obligations for your income depend on your own circumstances.
Is Rapportly a good fit for your network?
Choose Individual and apply with your own name, or choose Business and enter your business name and Chamber of Commerce number. Your personal partner link appears in your portal after approval.
