Rapportly uses essential cookies and local storage to make the website and app work. With your consent, we also use information about your visit and signup for marketing measurement. Below you can see what we store and change your choice. Questions? Email vragen@rapportly.io.

Cookies and local storage (localStorage) are small pieces of information in your browser. For storage that is not needed to provide the service, we ask for your consent first.

Functional (no consent needed)

ask-advies-auth

Your sign-in session: this keeps you signed in. On rapportly.io this lives in local storage; on our ask-advies.nl domains as a cookie.

Retention: Until you sign out or the session expires.

rapportly_taal

Remembers your language preference.

Retention: Stays until you clear it.

rapportly-google-signup

Briefly holds your company name and consents while registering with Google, so they survive the round trip to Google.

Retention: At most 1 hour.

rapportly_ref_consent

Remembers your cookie choice, including when you decline optional marketing measurement, so we do not keep asking.

Retention: Stays until you clear it.

Marketing measurement (only with consent)

rapportly_ref

With your consent, we store a source code and the time of your visit in local storage. This allows us to link a later signup to the marketing channel through which you found us and allocate the associated marketing costs. Without consent, we do not store a marketing code for a later visit. A link source may be included with your signup during the same visit. Withdrawing consent removes the stored code.

Retention: Valid for up to 90 days. An expired code is removed the next time it is read.

Your cookie settings

You have not made a choice yet. Until then, we only use essential storage.

Meta Pixel

With your permission, we send public page visits and browser data, including your IP address, to Meta to measure advertising. Meta may use cookies and link visits to your account. We do not share customer content. Your choice is valid for 90 days. You can withdraw it in cookie settings.

With the same permission, we also report that your account registration is complete, without sending your name, email address or company details.

Meta measurement is off.

Product improvement with PostHog

With your consent, PostHog (EU) measures the features you use, counts, waiting times and outcomes. We use visitor, user and office codes, without names, email addresses, document content or screen recordings. PostHog technically receives your IP address; location enrichment is disabled. Your choice and visitor code are stored for 180 days. Analytics data is retained for up to one year. You can stop here at any time.

You have not chosen yet; PostHog is off.

Google Analytics

With your consent, Google Analytics measures visits to public pages. We send no form content or data from your customer workspace. Ad personalization is off.

Your choice and a random visitor code remain on this device for up to 90 days. You can withdraw consent here at any time.

Google Analytics is off.

Manage it yourself

You can always clear cookies and local storage via your browser settings. The app keeps working; you will just need to sign in again and set your preferences again.
