Yes. You do not need to design a document yourself first. With ‘Help me create my style’, Rapportly helps you find a suitable look for your documents, presentations or Excel overviews. Enter your company name, optionally add a brief description of your business and choose a look that suits you. Already have a logo or website? You can use it as a starting point. Rapportly creates three style proposals. Choose the one that fits and adjust the colours and fonts to your liking. Rapportly turns your chosen style into a sample file for the type of document you want to use. Review and save it as a starting point for future work. This lets you get started without an existing design and build a recognisable look for your business.

Basic is for one user and includes 2,000 credits per month, 10 client folders and 15 style profiles. Pro supports teamwork: invite colleagues, each with 5,000 credits per month. Pro offers 100 client folders, 30 style profiles and additional tools such as the quote maker and production workspace.

Pro+ suits more intensive use. Each user receives 12,500 credits per month, with unlimited client folders and style profiles. It also provides API and webhook access. Suggested attachments and the calendar connection are marked as beta.

With Pro and Pro+, the administrator invites colleagues to the company environment. Everyone uses their own login and credit allowance. You pay per user per month. Basic is for one user. Enterprise includes 5, 10 or 20 users, depending on the plan.

Enterprise is for businesses that need help with setup and tailored arrangements. Start includes 5 users, Professional 10 and Compliance 20. Each included user receives 12,500 credits per month. Compliance also offers options for SSO, auditing and controlled document finalisation. Setup and any additional users are agreed in a tailored quote.

Credits let you use the AI features in Rapportly. Usage depends on the task, the selected model and the length of the output. Every user has their own allowance. Failed AI actions cost no credits.

A beta feature is still being developed. Its capabilities may change, and availability may depend on how your environment is configured. The plan cards show which features carry this label so you can take this into account when choosing.
