Cases and intake in the right place
Staff have a client overview and follow recognisable steps for each case. Meeting notes and files are submitted within that workflow; specific sources are designated for the advice report.
Rapportly Enterprise in practice
ASK Advies has its own advice environment built on the shared Rapportly platform: Mijn Advies. Its mortgage workflow is specific to ASK; the approach shows how we can also configure your process.
ASK Advies is an example of a tailored setup, not a standard package for every organisation.
A tailored process shown as four recognisable steps.
Steps and documents fit the process.
Conversations and case documents come together in the right place.
The person handling the case reviews and updates the report.
The practical example
The setup follows ASK's advisory practice: from conversations and case documents to reports and review meetings. The components below have been configured for Mijn Advies. Together, we determine which components suit your organisation.
Staff have a client overview and follow recognisable steps for each case. Meeting notes and files are submitted within that workflow; specific sources are designated for the advice report.
ASK's workflow is configured to produce meeting notes, a client profile and a Wwft form after the initial meeting. Additional information can result in an interim report; the review meeting can be recorded separately.
For mortgage advice, Mijn Advies combines case sources with a separate mortgage calculation engine. The report structure and branding are configured; output is available as PDF and Word.
A draft can be viewed, updated and downloaded as a new version. Professional judgement remains part of the process.
Tell us how you work. We will explore which Enterprise setup suits you.
From an example to your own setup
The mortgage calculations and advice documents belong to ASK Advies. For your organisation, the conversation starts with your own sources, decisions, documents and people.
Discuss the possibilitiesWhat information comes in, where is it checked and what needs to be visible?
Which standard calculations, texts and approval steps should the result include?
Which branding, roles or connections do you need? Availability and configuration are discussed for each organisation.
