Recording and uploading audio

You can record in person, capture an online meeting or upload an existing audio file. Tell participants before you start that you are recording.

In brief

  3. For an online meeting, use the right browser window, or the extension if you also need tab audio.
  4. For Upload, choose an m4a, mp3, wav, ogg, webm or mp4 file. A file can be up to 100 MB.
  5. Convert a saved recording to text. You can find the result later under Library, Recordings and transcripts.
