What about the GDPR and our controller responsibility?
Standard data processing agreement, EU hosting, strict separation per organisation at database level, and your material doesn't train AI. The Compliance tier adds retention periods, mandatory 2FA and an evidence file.
Our people won't use this.
It is deliberately simpler than what they do now: recording in, three texts out. No training needed. The real question is who still wants to keep typing 25 minutes per conversation.
